Blood coming out of pregnant women due to a miscarriage there are two kinds:

Above Hadith shows that the beginning of the creation of the fetus and the appearance of the members of his body, was after passing 40 night. In other words, at the age of 40 days was alreadyembodied the traits as well-oiled human blood(ma'shumud dam). I.e. the intent is haram to be killedor diaborsi since the age of the content of 40 days.
The 40-day limit that is presupposed by the Shafii sectscholars to classify the blood of women who miscarryas the blood of childbirth. In the book KifayatulAkhyaar Juz I thing. 74, Imam Taqiyuddin al-Husainial-Shaafa'i explain how blood is as follows:
"As for the blood of childbirth, blood was coming out of the woman's postnatal farji ... just the same whetherit was born alive or dead, in the conditions of thewhole or less (disabled). Similarly, the [same] does that have the form ' alaqah or mudhghah ... "
In the last sentence above, the author of the bookKifayatul Akhyaar have included blood from women who issued the ' alaqah (embryo) or mudhghah(foetus), as the blood of childbirth. From here can be understood, that the blood of the woman who pulled out a nuthfah (zigote, i.e. aged 40 days), do notbelong to the blood of childbirth.
The author of the book have been hinting at the term ' alaqah and mudhghah as the hadeeth of Abdullahibn Mas'ud, who said that the Prophet had said:
"Verily, ye collected every occurrence in the belly ofyour mother for 40 days in the form of ' nuthfah ' (zigote), then in the form of ' alaqah ' (the embryos)during this time [40 days], then in the form of the 'mudghah ' (foetus) during this time [40 days], thenblown ruh in him." (Narrated by Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawood, Ahmad, and Tirmidhi)
Thus, in case of miscarriage in pregnant women, thenthe category of blood are as follows:
First, if a human is already out, that already was 40days or more, then the blood the blood ratherparturition. Women that miscarriage should not do anything that is prohibited for women who'rechildbirth, such as should not be praying, fasting,should not and must not be digauli by the husband.
